[Sigia-l] IAs in non-traditional places

--Supermarkets
--Book stores
--Outgoing customer service phone messages

Hardly cutting edge, but in each case poorly planned classification, when
layered onto poorly planned spatial design, results in a completely
miserable user experience.

The worst: working your way through five levels of phone button selection,
only to be informed at Level 5 that "Our office is closed right now. Please
call back during business hours."

Ack.
