Hi everyone-

I have a printout and I'm trying to track down the
electronic file so I can make a larger printout. I
believe I found this around the time of the IA Summit
this March.

The printout I have is essentially a flowchart showing
all the steps around building a web site. It includes
things like collecting functional requirements, data
analysis, user testing, specification sign-off, visual
design, etc. There are little people icons in the
chart showing where individuals play a part. There are
also little comments giving tips on various steps
(e.g., "Get the techies in on the discussion" while
creating scenarios, "Pay them more" referring to
content production). Research tasks are indicated
separately from documents/deliverables. It's a really
great chart and I want to share it with others on my
team.

If this sounds at all familiar or you think you have
the source file, please let me know.

Thank you so much for your help!

-Chiara
