[Sigia-l] Usability of launching new browser window?

My gut feeling would be that most people would not find it, and it 
would therefore be useless.

My personal preference would be to not to do anything and let me 
control when I want to open a new window.

So, mock it up, run a usability test, and let us know how it goes.
