[Sigia-l] front end UI standards

Good morning, all:

Apologies for the multiple post.  I am gathering front-end UI standards for
a transaction-based web application, and was wondering if any of you could
point me towards any already existing information like maximum page byte
sizes, response time, etc.  I have a good amount of info already, but would
like something to compare it to.

As always, I appreciate your time and effort in helping me track down this
information.
