David Heller sed: But recently, my strongest advesaries came to ME saying
that the next app I work needs to be less boring and more engaging.

Thank you David. That was exactly my point. Documentum (gloves are off), is
one fine example of a product that still has not met the fundamentally basic
needs of the market that it proports to sell itself to. Keeping 'me' from
being bored is a diversion from 'my' being so pissed off that 'I' can't
begin to accomplish 'my' goals (all represented from the viewpoint of the
recipient). Sure sounds like a marketing tactic to me... [I'm not saying
Documentum doesn't deliver fabulous things...I'm saying that there are a lot
of things it is 'sold' to do...that then people attempt to use it for and
are then 'twarted' by design]

I'm asking for focus on things that matter the most to the recipients. Do I
have to pull out the Airline report again, guys?

[Message for Derek: You need a mommy, badly! -- extrapolated line from
"Hook"...note the intended recipient of the message in the movie.]
