Hi Peter,

I think we are in violent agreement. To be honest, when I hear a report
from the AIGA Summit on Ed like the one you are only giving, which is
unfairly a partial one I get a little scared.

Here are my major points:
1. As consultants our primary obligation is to our clients. This means
speaking their language, and giving them measurable results (I think
this speaks to your primary concern)

2. To really give them the results that they crave UCD and ED compells
us to give users more than just the bland, simple, and uninspired. To
put it another way ... "eye-candy" is SOMETIMES required to meet the
goals of #1.

Wow! I did that all in a single screen ... First time today!!!!
