Hi all,

many thanks for the many responses. I must say, it was nice to hear from you. Now here's another spin on the topic:

If you had to choose a firm to design an intranet targeted for, say, more than 1,000 people, and the platform were already chosen (Interwoven, let's say), and you COULDN'T CHOOSE YOUR OWN FIRM: Who would you suggest?

If interesting to everyone, I could then summarize the results, taking out any names of submitters, of course. I guess my interest is both helping out my friend Jenny (and anyone she might contact) as well as for my own benefit. Whom do you respect in the biz? Who's doing good user-centered work? Who's "gotten it"--that is, figured out that 1998 is like Jim Morrison: It's dead, it's gone, and it ain't coming back (reference to a bumper sticker I saw once).

When I summarize, I'll be glad to do full-disclosure and let you know whom I would choose....
