Agreed.  This type of thinking should encourage IAs, UEs, etc, to partner
with marketing and branding folks.  Its the only way to really get to where
this article implies we go.

He's eventually going to say "Customer Experience"
and then the IAs, Usability Enginneers, User Experience,
Graphic Designers and all the assorted sub-groups can all get on
with building that better experience for our Clients' Customers
instead of the "talks about talks" we've had for the last 7 years...or so...
