[Sigia-l] IA - another meaning??

In the latest isseu of Chemical & Engineering News (C&EN), Dec 23 2002, there 
is an article on page 12 entitled "Harwiring Longterm Memory" about KM in the 
chemical industry. 

A quote:

"...Accelrys, a drug discovery software firm and SAS,  amarketr leader in data 
mining systems, recently introduced products for what is now called intellectual 
asset - or IA - management"

So there you are, a(nother) new meaning for IA.
