And when it doesn't?

Both of these are relative notions. What is difference that makes a
difference to you, but doesn't to me? Does it fail to be information? What
if it informs me but not you? Is it no longer information?

You could spend the rest of the year (I always wanted to say that about this
time :-) splitting hairs on this. It depends on the recipient. Or does it?
Is there really a difference between data and information?
