Sorry, this grates my sensibilities. I know you come from a software
development background where "engineering" and "lifecycle" are buzzwords in
currency so you won't think much of it, but I just hope the phrase
"usability engineering lifecycle" has a very short half-life in IA. It's
bloviated beyond taste, it's dreadful.
