[Sigia-l] e-com or shopping cart heuristics/best practice criteria

I've peeked at a book called  "The Design Of Sites" which lays out 
and cross links a set of design patterns, the shopping cart specific 
of which seem fairly current and decent. It's "multiple ship to" 
looks like a decent hybrid of industry leaders.

At least a good a launching place.
