Stratton Oakmont Inc. vs. Prodigy Computer Services Inc
Brings to mind the Prodigy case where it was determined that Prodigy could
be held liable for statements posted to its boards because they exercised
control over the content by deciding which posts were allowed to remain.
There are of course many nuances that make Google different, but they
could end up in court if certain conditions were to occur.
