For that to happen, Google has to become not only a monopoly (not a crime in
and of itself) but abuse the hell out of it (with gracious help from DoJ).

It'd be interesting to contemplate how a search engine can become a monopoly
and abuse it. Site ranking (and all the complaints) being an early example.
