Subject: [Sigia-l] Contract language
Does anyone have good, concise, English-readable (not lawyer-ese) language
for a client agreement to say:
"What I create for you belongs to you, and I will not reuse it in it's
exact form for another client. My techniques and approach to design.
Standard design elements, such as forms controls, are part of a standard
and belong to neither of us."
(The client and I agree, but I'm looking for language to document a verbal
agreement)
I'll summarize back to the list, if you reply directly to me.
Thanks
