[Sigia-l] Single page, multiple nav paths

Hi everyone

I'm looking for examples of websites that store documents once and
make them available via a variety of navigation structures.

I don't want sites that a limited set of document types (eg news
sites, e-commerce catalogue sites, knowledgebases). I'm looking for
sites that have a lot of variety in their content (this is really key
- it is easy to do if you have consistent, structured content). They
may have a varied audience (thus the variety of navigation
structures).

I'm asking because I'm redesigning an Intranet, and it has been
suggested that we treat the content in this way. I initially thought
it would work easily because I thought there were only a few types of
documents that could be delivered as a list (meeting minutes, news
articles, newsletters, etc). Now I have found that the information is
amazingly varied, and don't think the list approach will work. I
really can't think of a site with a variety of information types that
has done this well.

As always, thanks in advance
