[Sigia-l] Phone to Email Technologies

I use ureach.
The service is priced very competitively. They offer voicemail and fax
services and e-mail. They offer lots of extra features and if you get the
premium membership ($6.99/month) you can use their U Number which follows
you. You can even set up schedules so that if someone calls in to you during
certain hours or on certain days the call gets routed to the number you
choose (e.g. mobile, home number, etc.).
The biggest drawback to U Reach is usability. Some of the features they have
require such ridiculous, unintuitive, and cumbersome actions that you never
seem to know if the feature has been activated or activated appropriately.
The help manual is sometimes helpful but often confusing at best. The
biggest problem is that some functions conflict with others but there is no
check in places to offer a warning such as "you chose to route your calls to
another number during a certain time but you have the send all calls to fax
activated, would you like to override the send all calls to fax feature?"
If anyone has specific questions feel free to e-mail me directly.
