There are a couple products which capture intra-page events:

one is WebVIP from NIST:

and another I have not used but looks interesting is Uzilla:
http://www.uzilla.org/uzilla/org/

If you are just trying to track frequency of similar link usage, 
these may be a bit overkill. I sometimes  use links with unique query 
strings appended to them and parse the server logs for the results. 
Such a poor mans approach would look something like

In your main nav:
href="aboutus.html?LinkInSideNav"

then elsewhere on the page:
href="aboutus.html?LinkInBodyText"

As far as userpaths, I've found Sawmill to have a pretty nice "Paths 
Through Site" feature.
