For those who care,
I'm not positive, but I think I recall something in the user
agreement for the Associates Program at Amazon that if you use your
store to buy books for yourself you risk running afoul of the central
scrutinizer, being stripped of your "gold box", loosing your right to
enjoy one click ordering, and you might not even get "the page you
made" anymore.
Now, don't forget to eat your peas.
