[Sigia-l] Site Logs success stories

I'm working on a redesign of an existing site and for the
first time in a long time have access to a full set of logs.

I'd like to hear others' stories about using site logs to
inform re-designs. I'm curious what packages (or custom
apps) have been used to create reports for clients, but even
more curious as to which reports people have found the most
useful/convincing/informative etc. I've used webtrends
before, but don't have the budget for it this time.

I'm also interested in any log-based success criteria people
may have used to demonstrate that a project has "worked."
