Information Services/Library 

Aspen Systems Corporation, an employee owned information management
technology firm in Rockville, MD is seeking a Manager of Library Services to
serve as web master and manage acquisitions  for a criminal justice
information service. MLIS or equivalent, plus 4-7 years of progressive
management experience in library/knowledge management environment and
supervision of professional staff. Prior federal contract experience a plus.
