[Sigia-l] is midwest, is not midwest

[Lord, Ralph]

Moving to Pittsburgh from Texas I was ready for all manner of damn yankees.
Imagine my delight to find that the 'burgh was full of good old
midwesterners!  Friendly, down-to-earth folks with only a hint of residual
coal-dust-induced crankiness.  Then I went to visit Philly.  Uh-oh, here's
what I was afeared of.

Pennsylvania, it's two, two, two regions in one.
