The thing with categories, you know, is it's so hard to prove (do)
anything with them. (They don't evolve.) Like what do you say? I'm in
the winner's category, or something? How do you get a job?

Good-bad aside, metaphors are indispensable because they can be used to
describe something other than the material world... (the world that
seems vs. the world that is)
Metaphors exist everywhere
Perception requires no social context.
