Ziya,

By leaders I am referring to the companies that not only blaze the trail but
do so and survive - then thrive.  Your example of IBM, Comaq, and Apple are
the kind of leaders that everyone else plays catch up with.

As to the distinction between buzzwords and results - why are they
different?  Don't some buzz words become institutionalized and therefore
become results?  Browser, instant messaging, the Web, etc.  all started as
buzzwords along with my favorite - ecommerce.
