[Sigia-l] Conceptual models (again): metaphors or categories?

Thanks Peter, that is good stuff, just what I had in mind.

How have you faired since, have you gone back to that way of using 
metaphors in mental models for other websites? I can think of at least one 
website where I was trying to do a similar thing, finding a way for users 
to think about the website that would make sense to them, but most sites 
don't seem to need work like that...
