If you buy into the assumption that not an inconsiderable portion of future
info look-ups will be done Server-to-Server or Client-to-Server via web
services, without human intervention, then it becomes crucial to have an
efficient and perhaps multi-layered dating system tied not only to the
entirety of a page but to specific components therein.
