His current CIHR-funded studies examine the application of information derived from electronic knowledge resources (email delivery, information retrieval, social media) and subsequent patient and consumer health benefits. *Vera Granikov* Vera Granikov holds an MLIS in Knowledge Management from McGill University, where she now works as a research-embedded information specialist in the Department of Family Medicine. Being part of the family, she provides tailored information services to primary care researchers and clinicians, to support research, teaching, and outreach activities. She is well acquainted with systematic reviews, mixed methods, as well as community-based and organizational participatory research approaches.
