[Sigmed-l] Opening the ProceedingsCD

Is anyone else having a problem getting the autorun to run?
I can see the pdfs  for the papers in a folder, but  since they're 
labeled paper 1, paper 2, etc.  that's not too helpful.
I'm running Vista
