Research!America Requests Nominations for New Annual Economic Impact Award

Nominations for Inaugural Eugene Garfield Economic Impact of Medical and 
Health Research Award

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Research!America is calling for nominations for a new 
annual award designed to recognize those who have contributed outstanding 
work on the economic impact of medical and health research. The Eugene 
Garfield Economic Impact of Medical and Health Research Award, which 
carries an honorarium of $5,000, will be presented on March 19 at 
Research!America's Annual Meeting of Members in Washington, D.C. Deadline 
for nominations is Jan. 31.
