To all those presenting at ASIS&T '04:

Please do sign and submit the copyright agreement form as soon as possible. If camera-ready panel submissions include abstracts from each panel member then each author needs to submit a signed agreement.  If it is one abstract for the entire session, and you are the author, then only you need to sign and submit the form.
