Indi Young from the USA will be hosted a two-day master class in Sydney on
19th & 20th November 2008 on the subject of "Mental Models: Aligning Web
Design Strategy with Human Behaviour". She has released a book on the
subject through Rosenfeld Media (of Louis Rosenfeld fame).

 

This course is now open to all - ALIA members automatically receive a 15%
discount to attend and there is currently an early bird offer on all
