The March/April 2013 issue of D-Lib Magazine (http://www.dlib.org/) is 
now available.

This issue contains six articles and reports on the 'First iPres 
Workshop on Practical Emulation Tools and Strategies', and 'Semantic 
Search: Magnet for the Needle in the Search Haystack; Report on the 2012
