I am a Senior IT Search Associate with Kforce (formerly known as Source Edp)
in Southfield, Michigan. I am conducting a search for a talented Digital
Archive Librarian to join a leading firm in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

The specific opportunity is to support the business units of a major
publishing firm as they develop and transition to a new XML-based content
management system. A pilot system will be deployed 1Q 2003. Responsibilities
will include: Participate in the definition of central repository
requirements and establish archive/retrieval policies and procedures for the
repository. Work closely with the businesses and standards committees to
develop vocabulary, indexing, and metadata standards and assist in training
operating company staff on the implementation of those standards. During the
transition period from a third-party managed post-production archive,
coordinate the transfer of those files to the repository.
