Hi, all:
   At Ron's behest, I'm sending along a proposed website for Sig-Crit.

   Critique (gently phrased) is welcome as are your ideas for what 
should be included on the site.  I will be happy, too, to integrate 
some servlets for more dynamism.

   Of course I'll make a few other versions for approval, too, if 
desired.
