[sigCR] SIG workshop

I agree with everyone that it's a good time for reflection and re-imagining what the SIG could do. I am looking forward to that. I'd like to suggest we think about possible collaborative projects (lit reviews, data analysis, histories, etc) -- very small, or larger -- that could be suggested one year, and reported on at the following year(s) workshops. This would lend a continuity and perhaps some eagerness to participate.  The lightning round proposed would be a good place to toss such ideas out to the group.  I'd love to see the Workshop return to a much less formal gathering, and get away from the mini-conference style presentations we've trended toward in recent years.  We may not need to meet for an entire day.   Regards to all, Micki
