[sigCR] name of SIG

A more modern-sounding name might be:
 
Text and Image Classification
 
(unless that somehow doesn't cover all classification - but I can't think of anything to
classify that isn't text or image, at the moment)
 
I know that LHC calls what they do TC = Text Classification
so such a name might appeal to people doing research that call it text classification or
image classification, and therefore draw them to the SIG.
 
Anyway, for what it's worth.
