[sigCR] Call for nominations for Chair and Chair-Elect

Greetings Barbara,
By chance I generated the membership list this morning. I'll send it to you
off list. Anyone else interested in the membership list please let me know
and I will send it to you directly! As of July 2012 we have 92 members.
