For an intellectually stimulating day of fresh ideas, you are invited to join us at “Bridging Worlds, Connecting People: Classification Transcending Boundaries,” the 20 th annual preconference sponsored by the Special Interest Group on Classification Research of the American Society of Information Science and Technology. The day will begin with a special session on Indigenous Knowledge Organization followed by papers and posters that combine theory and application in a range of topics including social tagging, thesauri, health informatics, information architecture, interdisciplinarity, relevance, information structures and more.
