[Sigcr-l] Proposals for SIG/CR panels for next year's conference

Certainly happy to draft a more coherent description. I've got three papers
due in the next three days but I'll draft and post something by Friday.

The FRBR conceptual model s quite complex as are the issues that revolve
around it, but the FRANAR and FRASAR groups are working on aspects of FRBR
which do bring it to the heart of CR work.
