[Sigcr-l] Join faceted classification discussion

Thought that many of you would like to know that a new
YahooGroups discussion list on the subject of faceted classification
started yesterday by Peter Van Dijck (creator of XFML) and
Phil Murry (KM connection). Right now the list is populated primarily by
KM and IA folks. I'd like to see many of you join in too. I've seen far
too many discussions of facet analytical theory and application which are
utterly misinformed. Here is a chance to make sure that this does not keep
happening. 

A google search today of facted classification turns up:

Peter's IA discussion on faceting (which was joined by Aida, and Steven
Pollitt but which nicely illustrates several common misunderstandings
about faceting).
