[Sigcabinet] Fw: Re: Final SIG ED budget allocation

Attached is a travel award proposal from SIG ED.  They would like an additional $200.00 over their initial allocation to fund this award.

I'm for appropriating the money with a request on how they will balance merit with need in making their decision.

I look forward to hearing your opinion.
