Hi all -

We'll be having a teleconference next week on Thursday Dec 11th (Chris, 
I gave you the wrong day) at 11am to talk about the year's goals etc.  
Dick will send out login info.  I'll post documents and agenda to the 
wiki (most likely) or Google Docs later in the week.  Our big things are 
to finalize SIG shepherds, lay out a plan for proposing new financial 
models for SIGs, and updating the SIG Officer's Manual.

If you have not yet sent me your preferences regarding SIGs to shepherd 
please do so!
