The theme for 2016 is *Connecting the arts and humanities through
technology – data, images, and sound*. Within this theme, topics for the
Symposium schedule may include:

   - Linked data in the arts and cultural heritage
   - Non-text digital collections
   - Visualization projects
   - Open Access in the humanities
   - Research data management
   - Multimedia information retrieval
   - Data curation in visual studies
