With the last SIGs conference call it was requested that each SIG please fill out the following form and return it to me at heatherdpfeiffer at gmail.com<mailto:heatherdpfeiffer at gmail.com>.  I have received forms from SIG III and SIG DL; THANK YOU!  Could I please receive a form from the rest of the SIGs?

As background, ASIST is looking into the knowledge that is available throughout the organization and how we can best manage it.  Your input is critical!  We do not want to loose our knowledge about our wonderful SIGs.
