[Sig-l] quick election for SIG representative to the ASIST nominating committee

I'm pleased to announce that Lai Ma will be the SIG representative on the
ASIS&T nominating committee. Many thanks to the other two candidates, Joan
Beaudoin (SIG/VIS) and Richard Lee (SIG/DL) for their willingness to run!!
