[Sig-l] Applying for SIG OF THE YEAR? Submit report by August 15 [+more info about FY tasks]

Reminder that SIGs who wish to be considered for the SIG of the Year award
MUST submit their annual report by August 15th!!

Also-unless your SIG has special operating rules - your SIG should plan to
assemble a nominating committee sometime during week of August 18th, and
hold elections the week of September 15th.

See below for more information about these and other PENDING action items
for FY13.

We are still waiting for confirmation of the ASIST13 program, but you can
note the following activities as important for SIG participation:

11/3 [Sunday morning before the plenary which starts at 1pm]
Chapter assembly
SIG Cabinet
New Member: First Conference

5:30 Leadership development program
Social media for leaders

7-8:30pm Welcome reception/ SIG rush
