[Sig-l] ASIS&T SIG Cabinet Meeting Sunday 10am

Hello ASIS&T SIG leaders!
In just a few short days we'll be holding our annual SIG Cabinet meeting!  The meeting is scheduled for 10am on Sunday morning.  Note that we will be following the Chapter Assembly meeting, so if you're attending that feel free to just stick around for the Cabinet meeting as well.

Remember the following guidelines:
1: Each SIG has one vote and voice in the Cabinet.
2: You're welcome to have multiple people come to the meeting, but please have only one presenting on behalf of your SIG, and make sure everyone has space around the tables.
3: The meeting starts promptly at 10am, and has taken the full 90 minutes in the past.  We will be out in time for the New Members Brunch.
4: Please let me know who your Cabinet Representative will be so that there is no confusion over who is representing your SIG.

Below is the draft agenda for the meeting.  If you have items to add, please let me know before noon US Eastern time so that I can finish producing your SIG's packet for the meeting.  I will be in New Orleans starting on Saturday and am, as always, happy to meet with any SIG leaders at (pretty much) any time during the conference.

*         SIG Member of the Year: Diane Neal (SIG CR)
*         SIG Publication of the Year: SIG III Newsletter (SIG III)
*         SIG of the Year: SIG DL (award to be given at the lunch on Tuesday)

5.       Election of SIG Cabinet officers for 2011-2013.
*         Please see ballot and brief candidate bios in your packet.

6.       Discussion: Change to SIG Director election & term of service.  This initiative will be available as an electronic ballot to the membership very soon.

7.       Discussion: Updated SIG Officer's Manual

9.       Update: Change to certificates for SIG officers
