A couple of SIGs have asked about doing Webinars.

We use software on an annual license and there are some tutorials and such
about the software at http://www.gotomeeting.com/fec/webinar

We would like to archive all ASIS&T (including SIG and Chapter) webinars on
the ASIST site.

Charges:

Set up Webinar in system, put on ASIST web, make registration form if people
are paying = $50

If the Webinar is free for all, that's it.

If SIGs or Chapters want to charge, regardless of how (members vs.
non-members, SIG members vs. ASIST members vs. Non-Members), then we'll
charged $1.75 per person who actually takes the Webinar (no charging for
those who register but never pay, whose cards are declined, etc. If
charging some, we need to do same checking process for all, so does not
matter or change if some are free while others pay.

The SIG or Chapter would decide themselves what they want to charge for
different groups. But the prices we have been charging were checked with
science and engineering societies, our competition, etc. so that is not a
bad guide.
