Hi all -
Before I get to the business item, I want to remind you that you are responsible for your SIG Dutch Treat Dinner, should you choose to hold one.  I'll have signup sheets at the Cabinet meeting on Sunday.

See below for the draft agenda for Sunday's SIG Cabinet meeting.  Reminder: it's at 8:30am (!!!) location TBA.  If you have additions to the agenda please let me know soon so I can add them!

1.       Roll call of SIGs
2.       Approval of the agenda
3.       Announcements
4.       Congratulations to the SIG Awards Winners, 2009:
*         SIG Member of the Year: Barrie Hayes (SIG DL)
*         SIG Publication of the Year: Feb/March 2010 Bulletin. A Decade of SIG/USE: Celebrating SIG/USE and Information Behavior Research (USE)
*         SIG of the Year: SIG USE (award to be given at the lunch on Tuesday)
5.       Election of SIG Cabinet officers for 2009-2011 and SIG representative to the ASIS&T Nominating Committee for 2009-2010.
*         Please see ballot and brief candidate bios in your packet.  Candidates are Phil Edwards (STI), Barrie Hayes (DL), Julie Hersberger (USE), Chris Landbeck (VIS), and Soo Young Rieh (USE).  You will vote for three.
6.       Discussion: Transfer of status for SIGs HCI, IA, LT from Active to Virtual status (KT Vaughan)
7.       Action item: Transfer of status for SIG MET from Virtual to Active status (Cassidy Sugimoto)
8.       Update and Discussion: Restructuring SIG financials (Shelly Warwick and Chris Landbeck)
9.       Discussion: Changes to the Annual Meeting structure, focusing on SIG participation (KT Vaughan)
10.   Recognition of SIG officers and SIG Cabinet Advisors
