Hi all -

This is a reminder that your SIG budget is due to me and HQ by November 30th, which is three weeks away. I need some understanding of how you plan to spend (or have spent, if you spent money at the Pittsburgh meeting) your allocated portion of the SIG monies for this fiscal year. Remember that the fiscal year runs from October 1st 2010 through September 30th, 2011, so it includes the 2010 meeting. Any money you do not "claim" for FY10/11 will be returned to a general pool for SIGs to use on a request basis with the first SIGs to request getting the first priority. IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT A BUDGET ALL OF YOUR ALLOCATED FUNDS WILL BE RELEASED TO THE GENERAL POOL. There's no form; I just need some sort of accounting in narrative or spreadsheet format.

Thank you to all of our ASIS&T SIG officers from 2009-2010! Before I can clean up this list and add/remove people, I need to know who your officers for the current year (2010-2011) are.
These SIGs still need to send me officer information:
CR
HFIS
IFP
III
MGT
STI
SI

Many thanks to SIGs AH, DL, ED, HLTH, KM, MET, and USE for getting me officer lists in a timely fashion, and a special kudos to SIG USE for already turning in their budget information.

Questions? Let me know.

KT Vaughan
ASIS&T SIG Cabinet Director 2009-2011
